Virginia Redistricting Election and No Kings Prep
Golden Library, 1019 10th Street, Golden
Join us on March 12 from 6:15 - 7:30 pm for a democracy action team meeting at the Golden library (1019 10th Street, Golden CO). At this meeting we will be doing two tasks:

Making signs for the March 28 No Kings and March 22 Fun Run events.

Writing postcards for the April 21 Virginia redistricting amendment election. ​

Participants can work on one or both tasks during our meeting. After the meeting we will walk over to nearby Bridgewater Grill (800 11th Street) for a social gathering that will start around 8 pm.
At the meeting we will provide details about the March 28 No Kings and March 22 Fun Run events and recruit volunteers.

​In 2025, millions of Americans came together in nonviolent protest to oppose the growing authoritarian actions of the Trump administration and affirm that this nation belongs to its people, not to kings. Since then, people have continued to rise up nonviolently against the Trump administration’s ongoing brutality and abuses of power, including the latest escalation in Minnesota. The No Kings Coalition is activating an immediate and ongoing nationwide digital organizing effort leading up to our next mass mobilization on March 28, including a flagship event in the Twin Cities.
